I (generally) earn more in royalties if a book is purchased directly via my link (even if you pay less for it). That said, having your local bookstore order a copy (but only if you can reasonably afford it) gives more value than the royalty difference, in my humble opinion.

These books are printed to order, and any returned copy would be charged back to me (even if it is a bulk warehouse purchase). Therefore, I cannot accept returns.
